How THD can address your hemorrhoid bleeding and prolapse!
•A Doppler Ultrasound is used to identify the specific arteries that are causing your bleeding.
•The arteries causing this overflow are carefully interrupted (tied off) sing just a suture.
•This results in an immediate reduction in swelling and bleeding in all the columns surrounding the rectum.
•After the bleeding has been stopped, prolapsed tissue often remains.
•The anoscope gives the ability to capture this this tissue with suture and relocate it back to its natural anatomical location. No excision is needed.
•This suture will dissolve away and the tissue reduction is then resolved.
THD is a less traumatic and less invasive surgical treatment for hemorrhoids that has been shown to cause less pain and discomfort than other surgical procedures. For more details see benefits of THD.
